Comments Also known as Curaçao, Seville, Bigarade, and Sour orange peel. Large cut pieces, with a dull greyish-orange color. Belgian Witbier (white beer) is spiced with the peel of bitter orange. Also an ingredient in bitters and Glögg (Nordic mulled wine).
